Month 1: Education & Empowerment

Learn why your body responds the way it does to food, stress, and daily rhythms. We focus on clarity—not pressure—so you can stop guessing and start understanding what supports your energy and metabolism.

Month 2: 30-Day Reset & Group Support

Apply what you’ve learned through a guided, supported reset. You’ll receive coaching, accountability, and community support to help translate insight into sustainable habits.
